My blog has had a mini make-over recently which is still an ongoing process. By the end of March I hope to have the final look completed. I want to have a much sleeker look; that is as user friendly as possible. I'm sticking with my ByBusby brand but tweaking different aspects to give it a better overall impact. Photography is a key part of blogging & I've been trying to improve my skills over the years. I haven't always had a great camera & I'm not trained what so ever but I'm determined to create the best content I can.

It's that time of the year; which people either hate, love or just don't care about. Valentine's day isn't for everyone but in my case I enjoy celebrating with the people I love. I understand people's opinions about it being just another day to support consumerism & in some cases make people feel invalid for not being in "love" but it's not as conventional as it used to be. Valentine's isn't just about couples, we've created alternatives like anti-valentine's & galentine's. People have made the day their own, you don't have to be in love to enjoy the day. It's about appreciating the people in your life you love & that includes you!!

I wasn't planning to make a second post this week because I wanted to re-shoot a few images & make everything perfect. Saying that I'm sat at home with a sickness bug, feeling rather sorry for myself & feel inspired to write. I haven't been feeling myself for weeks, not necessarily ill but not at my prime health. I'm constantly dehydrated, drained & pretty much exhausted. I've done all the tests the doctors have requested & luckily there's no underlying cause, well I say luckily but I'd rather take a miracle drug & shoo it away.

Last summer I popped into Cardiff to have a consultation with a lovely lady from Transform and today I have finally booked my breast augmentation. How crazy? Even to me; it seemed like something I wouldn't make a reality. But here we are discussing my forthcoming operation!!

Chrome Nail Trend || Beauty

I can finally say my nails are back to their best!! After taking nearly a year off acrylics I rebuilt my natural nails to a good strength & thickness. In October I decided to get a new set for my birthday & returned to my previous local salon. I ended up keeping that set for 8 weeks & during that time opted to try chrome nails. I love nail art & when I find a good technician I'm always up for fancy nails. Chrome nails is pretty simple so most salons have invested in the additional equipment which makes it even easier to find.
